FEEDER UNIT

GLUE UNIT

The mechanical upper gluing tube is easy to operate, and the lower gluing tube is specially designed to accurately control the gluing amount, so as to ensure no gluing during high-speed operation. Easy to disassemble and clean. The rubber wheel is made of high quality stainless steel, which is not easy to be deformed.

PRE-FOLD UNIT

The prefolding part adopts the lengthened model to truly realize the prefolding of the carton at the first line of 180° and the third line of 135°, which is convenient for the carton to be opened quickly after stable prefolding.

BOTTOM LOCK UNIT

The bottom of the lock is dismountable with three plates, which can meet the requirements of various special-shaped boxes. The modularized lock bottom unit reduces the adjustment time of changing orders. Equipped with four sets of high elastic hook seat and bottom box module; The base and hopper are made of high quality pure copper material, simple and practical in design, convenient for gluing the bottom part of the lock.
